We’re hiring an Assistant Plant Manager for a food manufacturing facility operating under HACCP and FSMA guidelines.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with experience in operations, manufacturing, and team leadership within human food, pet food, or livestock feed.

What you’ll bring:

Production and manufacturing experience
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Production scheduling experience
Knowledge of quality and safety practices
Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach
Experience working in a regulated food/feed manufacturing environment
