Recruiting Specialist

O2 Employment Services is looking to add a Recruiting Specialist to our growing team in Redding, CA! Recruiting Specialist Compensation:

• $24.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE

Recruiting Specialist Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits preferred

Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with job seekers and client companies
• Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in recruiting software
• Follow up with clients and employees to ensure successful placements
• Assist with business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
