Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the Ladure team. In this role, you'll represent the iconic Ladure brand by providing exceptional service, assisting guests with product selections, and ensuring each customer enjoys a memorable and elevated experience.

What You Do

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers' questions.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

What You Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of retail experience desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work peak business hours.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods of time.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for providing exceptional guest service.
