Job Description Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively manage and coordinate both internal and external communications. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand and outreach. Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms including websites, newsletters, social media, and press releases. Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate and support internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged. Organize and assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and promotional activities. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably within a nonprofit or corporate setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
