Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ needs for additional behavioral health services in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring appropriate recommendations and referrals to community resources, self-help programs, or higher levels of care as necessary.

• Engage actively with organizational leadership to complete an annual training needs assessment to align staff development with program goals.
\n
• Facilitate regular meetings with the director to discuss case reviews, highlighting clinical challenges and addressing any staff performance issues, fostering a culture of support and open communication.

• Supervise the daily activities of behavioral health therapists, ensuring they adhere to clinical best practices and completing annual performance evaluations to drive excellence in patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical productivity and patient interactions as part of regulatory compliance and quality assurance efforts.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes across the program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting students and their families within a school setting, working closely with educational staff and community services to foster holistic well-being. You will treat a diverse population, including those facing challenges related to mental health crises, trauma, and social issues. Your insights and interventions will directly impact student engagement and academic success, making your role vital in their developmental journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, accompanied by a valid LCSW license in California.
