Fleet Support Analyst

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Fleet Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Fleet Support Analyst Location Miami, FL Pay Range $39/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Actively engage in ensuring the operational uptime of the fleet by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time. Interface with operators and capture troubleshooting details in Jira, feeding information back to the Fleet Support Engineering team. Perform initial diagnosis and leverage knowledge of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software to analyze telemetry data and identify root causes. Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure timely intervention and resolution. Document troubleshooting processes, findings, and solutions to support continuous improvement and training efforts. What's Needed? Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.
