Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

In this role, you will perform assessments, triage, medications, and patient education while coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll support chronic disease management, preventive care, and follow-up, documenting accurately in the EHR and contributing to safety and quality initiatives.
