Registered Nurse – Long-Term CareSchedule: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)Assignment Details: Holiday coverage required.Requirements:Associate's degree in NursingValid state RN license or compact RN license1-3 years of previous RN experienceBLS/BCLS certificationStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to cover shifts 24/7 and float to other units as neededResponsibilities:Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents.Create a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.Utilize both verbal and non-verbal communication techniques with residents.Understand and manage behaviors associated with dementia and Alzheimer's patients.Deliver skilled nursing services including IV therapy, wound care, and assessment.Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive resident support.Compliance / Notes: Previous employees are not accepted.
