Responsibilities The Program Lead facilitates the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned accounts, ensures coordination of services is successful, and maintains high customer relation standards. Monitors the delivery of highest standard of rehabilitation services and coordinates with leadership when support is needed. Assists therapy staff in effective delivery of rehab services, adherence to established plan of care, patient schedule, and timely documentation. Provides direct patient care and routine customer relations touch points to ensure satisfaction and continued referral flow. Makes referrals to other disciplines or agencies to address comprehensive patient needs. Supports delivery of highest standard of services through resource utilization, promotion of clinical programs, and staff development in collaboration with licensed therapists and directors. Coordinates Powerback Rehabilitation personnel within facility or home care contracts. Monitors evidence‑based care, adherence to care delivery standards, and practice act compliance. Oversees clinical management of rehabilitation department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification. Assists therapy staff in removing barriers to treatment and seeks support for clinical education when needed. Coordinates daily staffing and utilization with input from treating therapists and recommendations from the Clinical Director. Monitors financial controls of revenue and expenses and assists in achieving annual budget goals. Assists with clinical orientation and ensures quality orientation process for new rehab staff. Promotes Powerback Rehabilitation products and services whenever possible. Maintains and secures relationships with facility management teams, new relationships, and contracts. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or master's in a related field with a bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent. Director of Rehab PT must have three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing is required. Posted Salary Range: USD $39.50 - $52.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
