Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency setting, assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Ohio RN license required; 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Responsible for maintaining detailed patient reports and records, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes in patient status. Engage in patient assessment and care planning, and coordinate effectively with medical team members.
