Job SummaryGeorgia Vision Institute is seeking a high-energy, personable individual to join our optical team. This position is based primarily in Carrollton, with occasional travel to our other locations.
This is a patient-facing, sales-focused role where personality and communication matter just as much as skill.
Optical experience is a plus, but is not required—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, needs, and budget
- Recommend lens options, upgrades, and coatings
- Deliver a positive, engaging patient experience
- Drive optical sales through strong communication and confidence
- Enter and manage orders accurately
- Perform frame adjustments and fittings
- Work alongside clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Comfortable making recommendations and guiding decisions
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
