We provide a comprehensive Business-in-a-Box platform with revenue cycle management, accounting, HR, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. The physician owns and operates their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical administrative and operational support. Physician Responsibilities Provide clinical care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Participate in payer credentialing coordinated by MedCBO as required. Determine clinical services offered by the practice. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform implementation (EHR, telehealth, clinical workflow). Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination. Supply‑chain and vendor coordination. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure.
