In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. The ideal candidate needs to be an 'evangelical' seller passionate about mental health and willing to lead companies to an understanding of the benefits of offering mental health services to their employees. All while working in a remote environment!Senior Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:Prospect & outreach to companies to discuss Nivati's value proposition and productsBecome an expert in Nivati's products, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needsPresent, promote, and sell products/services using question-based sales techniquesAchieve sales targets and outcomes based on agreed-upon and attainable goalsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsEngage inbound leads via email, phone, and SMSConduct discovery and presentation meetings with potential clientsSourcing new opportunities through social channels and personal networkEstablish C-level communication and create buy-in from decision-makersAble to work in a remote environmentTravel may be needed once Covid restrictions are lifted for in-person sales presentationsSenior Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications2+ years of SaaS selling experience (HR, Mental Health, Wellness Solutions experience is a big plus!)Proven work experience as a Senior Sales RepresentativeStrong in-person communication skills and experience selling at events and conferencesA high-activity person who likes to make calls 20+ times a day to source and follow up with potential customersExperience using CRM products (Salesforce, HubSpot) for the sales processExperience in prospecting and relevant tools (Linkedin, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc)An organized, process-oriented, detailed, and curious personSelf-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environmentAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackAbout NivatiNivati's platform provides the easiest way to understand and manage employee mental health.
