Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Arizona
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric populations is a plus
• Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy services
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Serve students both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Adapt to changing caseloads, including providing coverage for maternity leaves
