This role focuses on catalysts used in continuous processes, including applications supporting energy supply and sustainability projects. You will partner with plant teams to troubleshoot issues, conduct experiments, and implement process improvements. This is a full-time onsite position, primarily based in the office, with time in the plant for experimentation and testing. Travel is minimal, up to 10%. Apply today and help shape more efficient, sustainable processes at Clariant!ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for production lines and troubleshoot process and product quality issues.Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, reliability, and cost.Plan and conduct plant experiments and process trials, analyze results, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams to resolve operational challenges.Initiate and support process modifications through the Management of Change process.Participate in risk assessments and implement actions to improve safety and environmental performance.Investigate customer nonconformities and develop solutions to improve First Pass Quality.Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and track results using relevant performance indicators.Support process improvements related to energy efficiency and sustainability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.More than two years of relevant experience in production, process engineering, process improvement, or applicable research.
