Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Range : StartingPayRate per hour to MaxPayRate per hour. We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for drivers and internal teams, addressing day-to-day operational questions and resolving issues. Ensure successful execution of all routes by monitoring completion, identifying gaps, and taking corrective action as needed. Review end-of-day reports and operational data to verify service completion, identify discrepancies, and drive accountability. Partner with district leadership and data analysts to review performance metrics, analyze trends, and support operational improvements. Support, manage, and provide direction to route drivers, reinforcing service standards, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with route supervisors to ensure adequate route coverage, assist with escalations, and support special projects or operational needs. Support and as needed, cover assigned vending and water delivery routes to ensure continuity of service. Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations in accordance with company standards. Restock machines, rotate inventory, and maintain product quality and presentation.
