Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient product flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory experience, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Inventory Replenishment & Control Lead daily replenishment of finished goods from the bulk zone to the shipping zone using replenishment reports Maintain accurate inventory quantities and system records Ensure proper bin locations and accurate product placement Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit-ready Receiving & Put-Away Perform receiving transactions accurately and efficiently Complete put-away of incoming products into designated storage locations Verify product counts and documentation against purchase orders Inventory Accuracy & Support Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Support overall inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred Experience with inventory management systems required (BC/WHI experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to train and support team members Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed Company Description Staff Force Personnel Services: 3560 Forest Ln.
