Let's get started!At CJ Logistics, we're looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes.Pay Range: $24.96/hourSchedule: 1st Shift Monday- Friday 5:30am -2:00pmWhat You'll Do:Supervise & Coordinate: Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.Train & Mentor: Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency: Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.Assist in Scheduling & Planning: Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.Foster a Positive Work Environment: Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.Support Warehouse Operations: Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.What We're Looking For:3+ years of related work experienceExtensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a teamHands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!Training & Development:Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership TrainingTraining in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee RelationsHands-on experience in workplace culture and leadership communicationReady to Elevate Your Career?
