Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTAC/Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN license required Certifications: ACLS & BLS certifications required Must-Have: - ACLS and BLS certifications must be attached to the submission. - CA RN license must be attached to the resume. Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment. Leadership is essential in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care. Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education is required. The nurse should delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the available staff. Direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care is expected.
