Role: Staff RN in the Open Heart Recovery unit, providing specialized post-operative care for cardiovascular surgery patients. Key Responsibilities Monitor hemodynamics and administer medications accurately. Operate advanced cardiac equipment to support patient recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about post-operative procedures and recovery processes. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Experience or knowledge in critical care or cardiovascular recovery preferred. Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients and families.
