Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic Shared Services Transformation initiative. This role involves partnering with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state operating models and processes. The ideal candidate is a consultative Business Analyst who can bring structure to complex initiatives, lead discussions, and drive requirements in an ambiguous environment. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, creating process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Develop user stories, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define system and process requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Partner with project teams supporting Workday, VMS, ServiceNow, and related enterprise platforms.
- Assist in defining access management, onboarding, and business workflow processes.
- Work closely with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and business operations teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Track requirements through implementation and testing phases, ensuring traceability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Process Analyst experience.
- Experience within healthcare
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Strong process mapping and business documentation skills, including experience with Visio or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents.
- Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Senior-level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions across business and technical teams.
- Experience working on enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SDLC and experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data structures.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Zero Trust initiatives.
- Experience in multi-tenant or complex enterprise environments.
- Healthcare or payer industry experience.
