Basic And Preferred Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old with state-required proof of age documents. Previous experience in a distribution center preferred, with a strong emphasis on fulfillment practices and quality assurance. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds and lift products up to 10 pounds from heights up to six feet. Must be able to push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds along a mechanically assisted conveyor. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (eight or more hours daily). Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, Abilities Effective communication skills in spoken and written English. Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet production goals, with a strong attention to detail. Basic math skills, including familiarity with Roman numerals. Comfort working in confined spaces (approximately three feet wide).
