DutiesHelpGenerates and analyzes various reports, such as delinquency report, IBA Aging Analysis Report, Account Activity Report, pre-suspension report to monitor card usage.Serves as primary GTC APC with the responsibilities to effectively monitor and maintain the government travel card program in accordance with Army Regulations and guidance.Reviews and audits cardholder accounts on a regular basis to ensure cards of transferred or separated employees are deactivated or closed.Maintains records of Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) and monitors accounts to ensure proper establishing of accounts in the Defense Travel System (DTS).Serves as the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) providing Defense Travel System (DTS) system support.
