Job Summary St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our TCU 4NW Unit located within the Florence Hospital. The RN will work in a 32 Bed Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit, full‑time, 36 hours per week, day shift 7A–7P. Job Description The licensed registered nurse is responsible for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to established ethical and cultural codes and standards of nursing practice. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes, demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues. Qualifications Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Must have a Compact (multi‑state) license in their primary state of residence if eligible. Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed. Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state‑required courses. Focus of education promotes ability to practice in the assigned clinical area. Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and competence in mathematical calculations associated with medication administration. Competent to independently perform safe nursing skills and procedures. Experience: Successful completion of preceptorship and orientation to the facility and clinical area.
