We are seeking a dependable Cook in Hillsdale. The Cook is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing quality meals and excellent service.

Cook Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-8:00pm
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
Cook Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the kitchen.
- Ability to work in hot and fast-paced conditions.
