Fiorella's Jack Stack BBQ
Responsable de limpiar y desinfectar correcta y completamente los equipos del restaurante, vajilla, cristalería y utensilios. Mantiene la organización, limpieza y desinfección de las áreas de trabajo y equipos. Funciones Esenciales Completa las tareas de apertura de acuerdo con los estándares del restaurante. Utiliza el tipo y la cantidad correctos de productos químicos de limpieza para los artículos designados, de acuerdo con las regulaciones de OSHA y los requisitos de los restaurantes. Limpia el equipo designado, fregaderos, refrigeradores/congeladores, áreas de servicio, paredes, pisos y áreas de basura, según se asigne, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Asegura la limpieza y desinfección de todos los equipos y áreas lavadas. Almacena el equipo limpio correctamente en las áreas designadas. Maneja todas las mercancías con cuidado para evitar roturas y pérdidas. Mantiene la limpieza y organización de las áreas de trabajo durante todo el turno. Limpia los derrames en la cocina y las áreas de trabajo de inmediato. Utiliza productos químicos y suministros designados para limpiar los pisos. Colaboración y Comunicación Comunica cualquier asistencia necesaria durante los períodos de mayor actividad al Gerente de Cocina para garantizar un servicio óptimo a los huéspedes. Ayuda a otros miembros del equipo a completar sus deberes y tareas asignadas. Desmonta la estación de trabajo y completa las tareas de cierre de acuerdo con los estándares del restaurante. Mantiene y cumple estrictamente con las normas de saneamiento / salud. Se adhiere a los estándares de apariencia y uniforme. Se adhiere a todos los estándares, políticas y procedimientos del restaurante. Requisitos Debe tener al menos 16 años de edad. No puede ser condenado por un delito grave violento. Familiaridad con las normas sanitarias adecuadas. Conocimiento del manejo adecuado de productos químicos. Capacidad de adaptación para cumplir con los cambios prioritarios de flujo de trabajo o requisitos. Capacidad para realizar esfuerzo físico en el transporte de equipos y mercancías. Capacidad para soportar altas temperaturas, humedad y niveles de ruido en las áreas de trabajo. Habilidades y Capacidades Capacidad para soportar abundantes movimientos físicos en la limpieza de diversas áreas de trabajo. Capacidad para realizar las funciones del trabajo con atención al detalle, la velocidad y la precisión. Capacidad para priorizar, organizar y dar seguimiento. Capacidad para operar, limpiar y mantener todos los equipos requeridos en las funciones de trabajo. Capacidad de comprender y de seguir la dirección y la instrucción. Capacidad para realizar funciones laborales con una supervisión mínima. Capacidad para trabajar de manera cohesiva con compañeros de trabajo como parte de un equipo. Condiciones Físicas Capaz de estar de pie o caminar constantemente, el 100% del turno. Capaz de levantar hasta 50 libras, doblar, levantar, empujar y tirar de materiales durante todo el turno.
