salary: $38 - $40.06 per hour

Responsibilities

• Introduction to Teller Insight: Explain the purpose of the system, how it is used in daily teller operations, and how it supports accurate and efficient transaction processing.

• System Navigation: Walk new hires through logging in, accessing the system, navigating the main screens, and locating commonly used features and functions.

Note: Include TellerInsight Admin when onboarding Client Manager’s and Client Officer’s, including how to both view and create new TellerInsight profiles for new and existing colleagues.

• Transaction Processing: Demonstrate how to properly process common teller transactions and explain the information that must be entered into or verified during each transaction.
  
  
  
• Customer and Account Information: Review how to access and verify customer information while emphasizing accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of customer data.
