Location: Boca Raton , FL (On‑site) Position Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Bilingual Office Intake (English and Spanish required) to support the daily operational and administrative needs of our office in Boca Raton FL. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner (English & Spanish). Provide operational and administrative support Maintain both digital and physical filing systems; ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible. Support staff across departments with data entry, document preparation, spreadsheets, and report generation Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office assistant role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment like scanners, copiers, fax machines.
