Job Title: Packer / Labeler
Location: Kinston, NC

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday to Friday (Overtime required)
• $15.91/hr – All shifts
• 1st shift: 6:00am–4:00pm (10 hrs)
• 2nd shift: 4:00pm–4:00am (12 hrs, as needed)
• 3rd shift: 10:00am–8:00am (10 hrs)

Summary:
Pack and label cartons, cups, and lids; ensure quality standards; keep work area clean.

Duties:

• Pack products into cases/trays
• Inspect for defects and report issues
• Keep area organized
• Perform extra production-related tasks

Requirements:

• Accurately add/subtract four-digit numbers
• Basic mechanical skills; stop/clear machines if needed
• Follow guidelines, determine product quality
• Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, color vision

Physical:

• Stand all shift
• Lift up to 10 lbs regularly, 40 lbs occasionally
• Repetitive hand/finger movements
• Climb small step

Environment:

• Loud noise, dust, moving machinery
• Exposure to chemicals
• Extreme temperatures
• PPE required: steel-toe shoes, hearing/eye protection, hair/beard net, bump cap, safety vest
