Epic Clinical Analyst Beacon Certified SPHS-Info Tech-Clinical SysThe Epic Clinical Analyst Beacon Certified will: The Epic Clinical Analyst is responsible for the build, configuration, optimization, and support of Epic clinical applications to enhance patient care delivery, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with physicians, nursing, and operational stakeholders to design and implement Epic solutions that improve patient safety, clinician experience, and quality outcomes. The analyst provides day-to-day application support, participates in system upgrades and enhancements, and ensures solutions align with organizational goals and Epic best practices. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field, RN preferred but not required.Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting EpicExperience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change managementUnderstanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s)Clinical and technical problem-solving skillsAbility to translate clinical needs into technical solutionsStrong collaboration and customer-service mindsetExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCommitment to patient safety, quality, and clinician experienceEpic certification requiredSalary Range: 100,000.00 - 141,066.00 USDWe offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
