Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, based out of New York, NY, for a Loan Originator at Maverick Lending NYC. The Loan Originator will oversee end-to-end loan origination processes, including assessing borrower financials, structuring loan packages, and submitting applications for underwriting approvals. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with real estate investors and brokers, educating clients on financing options, and staying up-to-date on market trends and lending guidelines. The role demands exceptional communication, financial analysis capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
