Kenny's Great Pies, a Dessert Holdings Company located in Smyrna Georgia is looking for a Production/Packaging Associate to be a part of our organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply crust into pie pans

• Mix ingredients following recipes and production standards

• Operate production equipment, such as the juice machine

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

• Ensure product weights to meet specifications

• Follow all safety and food-handling guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support team members and assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing 

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures

• Must be able to work until production is complete

(May also pack product to support the distribution).

Physical Requirements:

• Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

• Pull, push, lift, load, and unload racks and containers as needed

• Stand for extended periods of time

• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely

Job Type : Full-time

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour on 2nd shift (2:30pm- 11:30pm)

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

As a General Production Worker , you'll help make, move, and prepare products in a factory or warehouse setting. Your main tasks will include:

• Using machines and equipment to help prepare products

• Checking to make sure everything looks right and works right
• Moving items in and out of coolers, freezers, or other areas

• Helping load and unload items 

• Keeping your work area clean and safe at all times

What You'll Do Every Day

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
• Build desserts according to clear instructions
• Meet production goals within the required time
• Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area
• Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules
• Report waste or any time you step off the line
• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift
• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed

• Able to read or write in English or Spanish
