Federal Construction Professionals – QCM, Superintendent, SSHO, PM, Estimator, Scheduler Elite Recruiting and Consulting Services, SDVOSB, is building an ongoing pipeline of experienced Federal construction professionals for upcoming NAVFAC, USACE, and Guard projects nationwide. If you have worked on military bases or federal vertical or horizontal projects, we want to connect. We support primes preparing for new phases, new awards, and upcoming mobilizations.
