Director, Finance

Job Duties and Competencies Identify and drive strategic direction across all levels of the organization. Have significant hands‑on experience in pricing for theme parks or other complex hospitality/travel environments. Perform risk analysis on various financial impacts and initiatives. Participate in the forecasting of attendance and admission per capita on a monthly basis. Participate in revenue leadership meetings locally and corporately. Provide support and leadership on parks’ operating costs and help facilitate the Company’s zero‑based budget process. Influence others at all levels and lead a team of Ambassadors. Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment. Track cost and efficiency across all 12 parks and corporate departments. Review and analyze budget submissions, comparing cost drivers to business conditions. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Conduct analysis on key metrics, expense variances and lead cost review meetings across departments. Provide analytical support related to cost‑management initiatives. Implement efficiencies identified through collaboration with all levels of management. Lead special projects and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant business experience (financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, accounting). 5+ years’ experience in assumption‑based analysis, with demonstrated ability to develop and articulate information to business decision makers. 3+ years’ experience leading teams. Ability to influence others at all levels and lead a team of Ambassadors. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Objects and other data warehouse tools. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather. May sit or stand for several hours at a time, climb stairs multiple times each day; lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours as needed. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $105,000 – $120,000. Paid Time Off. Complimentary Park Tickets and Passes.
