Heavy General Labor
Manpower is currently hiring heavy general labor associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Richland, MS. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment supporting daily operations, quality, and safety.
What you'll be doing:
- Support daily production operations
- Count, stack, and move finished products
- Inspect materials for quality standards
- Follow work orders and production instructions
- Use basic tools and assist with clean-up
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Assist team members and machine operators
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy physical work
- Must be able to work any shift
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability
Screening requirements:
- 7-year criminal background check
- 4-panel drug screen
