Your Role as a ProActive PT:

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine functional levels.
• Plan, organize, and administer rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and correct disabling conditions.
• Physical Therapists (PTs) will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and direct plans of care.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and content creation initiatives.

We are looking to fill this Full-Time position with a PT or PTA who wants to make a real, meaningful impact in their patients lives.
