The Role We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our Fayetteville clinic. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans, assist with patient assessments, and provide high-quality therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language therapy sessions under the guidance of a supervising SLP.
Accurately document patient progress and session notes utilizing our behavioral health software platforms, including ReThink and Central Reach.
Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment efficacy.
Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining clinical spaces.
Compensation We offer a competitive split-rate compensation structure to reward your clinical time while ensuring you are fairly compensated for administrative and documentation duties:
Billable Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Non-Billable Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications
Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license in the state of North Carolina.
Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals overcome behavioral and communicative barriers.
