Phoenix & Sun City, AZ (In-Person + Telehealth)

Marcann Mental Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with opportunities to provide both in-person care at our Phoenix and Sun City locations, as well as telehealth services.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated provider with at least 5+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals (and families, if applicable)
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver care via both in-person sessions and telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Arizona (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual care
