Job Description

Solid professional knowledge; able to work independently in routine areas. Selects from alternatives; solves routine and emerging problems. Owns outcomes in a defined area.

Operate Equipment: Run and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to operational standards and production schedules.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify potential hazards and participate in safety audits.

Maintenance: Conduct basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, and material usage. Complete necessary documentation for reporting purposes.

Material Handling: Safely load and unload materials, components, and finished products, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and improvement programs to enhance skills, productivity, and workplace safety.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.

Additional Information

The expected pay for this position is $16 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as a 401(k) match of up to 8% (vesting schedule applies).
