Benefits Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography Monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity (potentially $35,000+ in first three years) Hybrid role – combination of in‑home, school, and/or center‑based supervision and telehealth, with up to 50% remote flexibility for in‑home cases 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments) Monthly CEUs and an annual in‑house conference featuring leading researchers 23 days off annually (including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that accrues from Day 1) Flexible schedule – full control of mornings/afternoons, Monday‑Friday, with no expectation of Saturday work unless desired No mandatory contracts or non‑compete agreements; at‑will employment Generous health insurance package, 401(k) retirement program with employer match, and employer‑paid short‑term disability CASP Provider status – access to over 75 CEU‑approved courses and mandatory mandatory CEUs via ALP events Clear promotion framework: BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Senior Clinical Director 8‑hour supervision course offered to new BCBA certificants (approved by the BACB) Unlimited referral bonuses and reasonable expectation of billable hours Administrative support for client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling Responsibilities Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through supervision and support, ensuring high fidelity to treatment plans Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, keeping a flexible approach to change and opportunities for growth Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Rhode Island, issued by the State of Rhode Island Department of Health Mandated criminal background check, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (covered by the company) Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
