Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Fully In-Office (Matawan, NJ) Overtime may be available Attendance Requirements:

Must be available to work Black Friday and the following Saturday Must be available to work Saturday, December 5th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM No vacations or extended time off will be approved through the end of the project Reliable attendance is required throughout the assignment Job Duties:

Answer customer questions regarding orders, products, and accounts Provide order updates and assist with tracking information Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Process refunds, exchanges, and replacements Document customer interactions accurately Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned Requirements:

1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, or related experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Experience with Microsoft Excel Experience using email and Google Workspace Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or other customer service platforms is a plus Familiarity with order management systems is helpful #ZR and #ZRPrinceton
