Physicians also have the flexibility to blend oncologic ENT care with general ENT practice interests, if desired. Candidate Qualifications Qualified candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology. Interest or experience in head and neck oncology is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient‑centered, multidisciplinary care and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
