Russell Tobin
- Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, technology strategy, or related domains.
- Strong experience with:
- Capability modeling
- Process modeling
- Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar)
- Ability to translate business challenges into architectural solutions.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and workshops.
- Experience with AI tools, AI enablement, or AI transformation programs is a strong plus.
Preferred Attributes
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex systems.
- Passion for emerging technologies and driving practical AI adoption.
- Ability to run training, demos, and structured enablement sessions.
