You ll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. You ll collaborate closely with an integrated care team that includes dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient panel targets
