Associate patient care coordinator

Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides patient care in accordance with established methods and techniques and conforms to recognized standards. Location (Full-Time Onsite): 3680 NW Samaritan Dr, Corvallis, OR 97330 Schedule: This is a 40-hour week, 8-hour shift schedule, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:15 am to 5:30 pm PST. The schedule will be determined by the manager upon hire. Primary Responsibilities: Required Qualifications: 1+ years of computer proficiency experience (multi-task through multiple applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word) 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Medical terms Experience working with scheduling programs Ability to work well with providers, clinical staff and patients 1+ years of experience working in medical office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records Soft Skills: United Health Groupis a drug - free workplace. Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
