Production Mixer | $21.31 per hour | 3rd Shift

• Competitive Pay of $21.31 per hour
• Schedule: 3rd Shift, start time between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, working until approximately 6:00 AM

• Stable position with an established commercial bakery operation
• We are currently seeking a dependable Production Mixer for one of our trusted clients in the commercial baking industry. This hands-on position plays an important role in daily production by preparing doughs, batters, icings, and other bakery mix according to established formulas and production requirements.

Job Description:

As a Production Mixer, you will prepare and mix products such as yeast-raised dough, cake donuts, muffins, cookies, and icings according to established formulas and production procedures. You will help ensure production stays on schedule while maintaining quality, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and mix doughs, batters, icings, and other bakery products according to established formulas

Measure and combine ingredients accurately to maintain product quality and consistency

Meet daily production requirements and keep mixing operations on schedule

Complete required quality checks and production documentation accurately

Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas while following safety procedures

Monitor equipment performance and assist with additional bakery production duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1+ year of production mixing experience
• Good basic math and reading skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
