Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
- Document assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses; adjust care as needed per standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes.
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current, active California Registered Nurse license (or eligibility to practice in CA)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- ER or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and a 3x12-hour schedule
- Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a hospital setting
- Eligibility for a travel assignment and ability to meet travel requirements
