About the TeamThe Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) Seller Growth team is TikTok Shop's front-line growth team driving scalable FBT adoption among core merchants, covering the two major US merchant segments, L2L and POP. As the central hub between merchants and the platform, the team directly supports the platform's 2026 FBT penetration strategic goal through systematic merchant growth programs and logistics solutions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Logistics Solution Manager, you own the fulfillment solutions that power seller adoption of FBT. This is a solution and enablement role — you don't sell directly; you build the solutions and equip the BD team to help sellers evaluate, adopt, and grow on FBT. You'll go deep on the problems sellers face, tailor solutions by industry and product type, keep FBT the most competitive fulfillment choice, and own the outcomes end to end.- Solve by industry. Build tailored fulfillment solutions and playbooks for the unique needs of different verticals, so the BD team can position FBT as a natural fit for sellers in any category.- Solve by product type. Design fulfillment solutions for products that need special handling — oversized, restricted, and returns — covering eligibility, process, and scaled rollout.- Simplify inbound. Design and standardize the inbound playbook, and equip the BD team to help sellers move their inventory into FBT warehousing with minimal friction.- Keep inventory healthy. Develop solutions to keep sellers' warehouse inventory productive, tackling slow-moving stock and improving inventory efficiency.- Own the seller experience. Map the end-to-end fulfillment journey, identify what holds sellers back, and partner with product and cross-functional teams to make it better.- Sharpen the value. Continuously strengthen FBT's value and cost-competitiveness versus other fulfillment options, and arm the BD team to support sellers through their biggest commercial moments.- Move the metrics. Own the performance outcomes that reflect seller fulfillment health and adoption, find what drives them, and partner across teams to deliver measurable improvement.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, seller operations, or solution/enablement roles.- A strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment: inbound, inventory, first and last-mile, returns, cost structures, and platform fulfillment policies.- A data-driven problem solver who can diagnose issues, size opportunities, and quantify solutions.- A natural collaborator who can influence and align cross-functional and frontline teams to get things done.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a solution, enablement, program, or seller-facing role at a leading e-commerce platform.- Hands-on experience with platform fulfillment or shipping solutions.- Experience serving cross-border and local sellers, with a real feel for how they operate and decide.- A track record of designing industry- or product-specific solutions, or improving inventory efficiency.- Experience owning performance outcomes and driving measurable results.- Comfortable with data and AI tools, able to independently analyze data and quickly put AI to work.Req ID: A93120B
