CNC Machine OperatorJoin our team as a CNC Machine Operator, where you'll set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce high-quality parts with a focus on tight-tolerance accuracy. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (with the option for overtime), and is ideal for a hands-on machinist who takes pride in producing work that meets specifications—every time.Required SkillsExperience setting up and operating CNC lathe and mill machinesDemonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerance controlAbility to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructionsStrong attention to production accuracy and qualityAbility to perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasksExperience operating Mori Seiki / Doosan machines with Fanuc controlNice to Have SkillsExperience working with additional CNC machine brands or control systems beyond FanucExperience machining parts that require especially detailed documentation and inspectionProven ability to troubleshoot minor setup and production issues during operationPreferred Education and ExperiencePreferred: Relevant machining experience (specific education requirements were not provided)Experience level: Not specified beyond having the listed CNC lathe/mill setup and operation experienceOther RequirementsSchedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)Overtime: Option availableCompensation: D.O.E (based on experience)Competitive pay offered based on experienceAbility to work efficiently and independentlyIf you're experienced with CNC lathe and mill setup and operation, thrive on tight-tolerance work, and enjoy producing quality parts, apply now—we'd love to learn more about you.
