What You'll Do Diagnose and repair new automotive vehicles Perform vehicle retrofits and mechanical repairs Inspect and test vehicles for proper operation and necessary adjustments Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, powertrain, A/C systems, and more Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues Lead and work alongside a small team when needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Heavy Mechanic, or similar role Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Electrical repair experience is highly preferred Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and testing equipment ASE Certification is preferred but not required Must have your own tools and locking toolbox Strong leadership and team-building skills Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic Ability to travel as needed Comfortable working overtime and weekends when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
